Refund and Fraud Policy

This Refund and Fraud Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on seevideo.dance (the "Platform"), operated by SeeVideo Dance. It sets out our billing practices, credit management rules, refund eligibility, chargeback procedures, and fraud prevention measures.

By purchasing a credit pack on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy.

1. Payment and Billing

All purchases on the Platform are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize a one-time charge to your selected payment method for the chosen credit pack.

  • All prices are displayed in USD. Currency conversion rates are determined by your bank or card issuer.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank fees associated with your purchase.
  • Stripe's processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including canceled or refunded transactions.
  • Billing disputes must be reported to us within 60 days of the transaction date.
  • We do not offer subscriptions. All credit packs are one-time purchases.
2. Credit Pack Delivery and Validity

Credits are delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment confirmation. Once issued, credits are available for use immediately.

  • Credits expire at the end of their validity period and cannot be extended, transferred, or rolled over.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Credit consumption per generation varies based on resolution, duration, and selected features.
3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refundable Situations

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Duplicate charges: accidental repeat transactions for the same credit pack
  • Unauthorized charges: verified fraudulent transactions confirmed after identity verification
  • Verified technical failures: documented Service outages that prevented access to purchased credits for an extended period

3.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Credits that have already expired
  • 20 or more credits have been consumed from the purchased credit pack
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Accounts found to have engaged in fraud, abuse, or chargeback manipulation
  • Stripe processing fees

3.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method. Processing times vary (typically 5–10 business days) depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team, typically faster than through a bank dispute process.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may:

  • Delay resolution of your issue
  • Result in temporary account restrictions while the dispute is investigated
  • Incur dispute fees charged by Stripe that cannot be recovered

Chargeback abuse — including filing chargebacks after receiving a refund, repeatedly disputing legitimate charges, or filing false claims — will result in permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant fraud prevention agencies.

If a chargeback is filed after a refund has already been issued, you may be held liable for any resulting dispute fees.

5. Fraud Prevention and Account Security

We take fraud prevention seriously to protect all users on the Platform. Our measures include:

  • Real-time payment fraud screening via Stripe Radar
  • Monitoring for unusual account activity, abnormal generation volumes, and suspicious login patterns
  • Identity verification for high-value transactions or disputed charges
  • Automated detection of multi-account abuse and credit farming

The following activities constitute fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

  • Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit free trial credits
  • Using bots, scripts, or automation to abuse credit generation
  • Selling or redistributing platform access or generated credits to third parties
  • Providing false information to obtain refunds or chargebacks

We reserve the right to report confirmed fraudulent activity to law enforcement and financial institutions.

6. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our credit system, pricing, or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

This Policy operates alongside applicable consumer protection laws and does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
